@readyxxi As a progressive moron, I would like propose a progressive idea: that plastics companies adapt to not only become environmentally responsible but also cater to the public demand. I am not advocating shutting down plastic factories. The real fight is getting the consumers to change. The demand, and eventual production of plastic bags will dwindle as people start using more reusable bags. Also, compost and recycling will significantly reduce the amount of trash you produce. Idiot.

The closing line is killer - too funny! The Bag Monster ROCKS and I love that ChicoBag came up with this hilarious way to promote the need to bring your own bag to the store. Kudos to Heal the Bay as well for all their work on this issue. Too cool!
