how do you create this? you use a program? what is the program called? do you know a patch with some new textures I can download somewhere?

i used a few programs..mainly photoshop and wii scrubber to extract the file with the textures and a few other programs to extract and repack the textures. i had to do some hexing for these..but theres a program called ASH that can extract the textures for you to edit..after you edit them you can use ash to repack the textures automatically, after that you just put the new file into the brawl image...its alot easyer than it sounds...
