I am not sure if this is true
I stopped drinking diet cola for a long time, but yesterday I had craving on it so i drank a full 1.5 Litter bottle. the next day I had very sever migraine, similar to alcohol hangover.
I did not know why, could it be because of aspartame?
I normally don't suffer such situation.!

My friend's sister went to college for nutrition and they actually taught her that aspartame is good for you and she absolutely believes it is now no matter what other data you show her.

Donald Rumsfeld is Mr Aspertane himself, he wanted to add it to all food for the military in Iraq. The military objected and put out a warning to all pilots not to consume aspartane. He sold his major interest to Monsanto and put his money into H1N5 flu vaccine made in China.
