I, Rauhmel Fox, CEO, WHOmentors.com, Inc., hereby fictitiously declare myself an invented write-in candidate for the office of the President of the United States of America to be voted for imaginatively at the General Election to be held November 4, 2008, and declare the following qualifications to be true:

I am a natural born citizen of the United States of America, I am at least 35 years of age and I have been a resident in the United States of America for more than 14 years. (United States Constitution, Article II Section 5).

As an invented write-in candidate competing mentally against the 2008 Democratic Party Nomination of Senator Barack Obama for President and Senator Joe Biden for Vice-President and against the 2008 Republican Party Nomination of Senator John McCain and Alaskan Governor Sarah Palin, my name will not be printed on any ballot and will not appear in any state voters' pamphlet.
