I love the old adventure films like King Kong, Tarzan, King's Solomon's mines and the modern Indiana Jones movies, The Mummy, etc all giving that sense of excitement and adventure taking you a time and place filled with awe and wonder (How I miss Saturday morning Cinema).
When I saw Jim Hatzell's "Adventure photos, I really wanted to make a slide show for them, so after some thought "Vangelis, Conquest of Paradise" seemed the perfect supporting tune in this case.
I have tried to capture that feeling of a movie with intro drawing you in the Island, then once across the rope bridge, the hot jungles and swamps, to find a way through the caves into the desert where the adventures continue to finally finding the secret source of some ancient artefact.
Sadly the music is not long enough so this may part one of a few. I do hope you enjoy the music, the photos and pathos I have tried to convey.
