Hmm, a far cry from the heroic spirit of ancient civilizations. I believe that the Norsemen would have a good laugh at this dime-store, feelgood "Pagan" trend.

I am actually a meditation teacher at a college. In addition I am seeking a BA in psychology right now. Meditation has become a normal every day tactic to relieve stress. It is just not a "pagan" thing anymore. Thank you for the traditionalist opinion on this video.

Thanks to you as well, for the lack of pejorative commentary in your reply. I appreciate the use of meditation as a technique for aligning mind with body, and in fact encourage it. However, I was more so attacking the connotations of meditation being associated with Wicca; something I feel is a parody of beautiful ancient beliefs.
