"Sky's the Limit" was the Temps' last album with Eddie Kendricks and Paul Williams. I still have it on vinyl.

Why Eddie was so unhappy with the psychedelic soul music they had been doing at this time is a mystery to me. This stuff is the shit!

@not2shy2say Not only did Eddie refuse to perform without Paul, but he also had issues with Otis - due to the fact that the group were recording mostly controversial songs of social topics instead of staying with basic familiar trademark love songs they used to do with David Ruffin. So yes, this was Eddie and Paul's final bow with the Temps...

OHHHHHHH! Yes! My brother play this song to DEATH. as well as the album. Among one of the best from Tempts. Yes the last with Eddie Kendricks who left the group because he wouldn't performed unless Paul would return back to group.to performed on the road. Paul was never able to rehab from his alcoholism which was his downfall.

Didn't know this song until I bought the Psychadelic soul complitation that came out a few years ago but now this is one of my favorite Temp songs now. This was Norman Whitfield at his best

Yes, both songs are from the same album "Sky's The Limit", which was Eddie's last with the Tempts.
