  • Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was an inmate at Meridell/Westwood in 1986-87 and it didn't do me a damn bit of good just broke me.

  • i want to add a comment i was a victim of DCF and the State of Connecticut and i was beaten abused and sexually assaulted! 3 times! and this woman is 100% correct! but they do cover there asses by pleasing a dissabilaty on the kids when they act out! and i was beaten more and harder when i tryed to speak out about my abuse threatened in custody of foster homes

  • My mother and I figured out a code system for my monitored phone calls. My mail was just KEPT as well! Theoretically, that was therapy! You said, what I have wanted to say, for so long, I am crying for the first time in 25 years. I still don't talk about it. I was not even allowed to journal about it. My only journal were the letters home. They were eventually thrown out, due to my residual pain. I wish they had been kept. I would have given them to you or Phil to speak for me.
