A majority of states agree that the federal government is overstepping its "authority" and will move to assert their sovereignty under just such an interpretation (the Founders' interpretation) of the ninth and tenth amendments. Demoncrats' tyrannical attempts to steal our liberty away will lead to a nationwide revolt against your excessively permissive view of federal power.

It is clear and obvious, Constitution says no such thing on health care. The fact that we have S.S., medicare, VA benefits is a testament to the fact u know SHIT about the Constitution.
Also, by u trying to interpret 9th and 10th amendment as PROHIBITION of govt health care, shows u r totally warped in ur reasoning.
Cause by that reasoning, u would be in favor of states rights to exercise slavery.

Veterans do deserve higher pay....as high as the scumbag CEOs u fighting to protect.

Constitution also states CLEARLY...unlike what u say about it PROHIBITING HEALTHCARE- Govt can collect TAXES, something u stated as IMMORAL. Funny u want to be a Constitution "purists" yet u pick and choose what u want to believe in.
Also veterans health are managed by the Fed. so..again U wish to deprive our troops of benefits they deserve...? what a TRAITOROUS DOUCHE!

9th and 10th doesnt state anything about healthcare.
Nor does it prohibit social sec. or medicare. So...why dont u ask the bastards that gave birth to a retard like u(if they still alive) to give back their benefits to the enemy..the govt. But I doubt they or anyone will do that.
