Rick calls Frank (Part 2)

Whereas Part 1 of Mr88Nismo's epic prank call to Frank "Duncan" Garrett was a single phone conversation uninterrupted for 7 1/2 minutes, Part 2 was more typical of calls to Duncan, in that they were a string of shorter calls wherein Frank was redialed each time he hung up. Nonetheless, this video, too, is quite hilarious from start to end, with Frank telling Rick "the Mullet Man" Moore of St. Louis off, and speaking his mind so well. Perhaps it was the couple of months he was left alone that allowed him to recharge. Keep your eyes out for more missing classics to be uploaded. @RelwarctheMighty I know. It really is a major loss. Frank's quick wit and hilariously colorful responses were somewhat groundbreaking in the world of entertainment. Prank calls had existed for decades, and soundboard pranks were well-known already by the time W3b tried dialing Backstreet Liquor, only to get Frank's business cell. The next few years have had us all laughing hysterically with the click of a mouse. The way Duncan engaged callers may also never be matched. He lives on in all of us.
