Watch in HD and make up your own mind, m'er f'ers!

Hoaxkiller callz 'LED Kite' (good day to you sir!)

What do you think?!

This was filmed from Boracay beach in the Philippines on an Excilim GPS digital camera.
These are a few of the screenshots that I took from the videos and photos I took.
If you have seen something similar, link your video.
If you can show a link to an LED kite that could make this display, please link!

  • Actually thats what you are doing with this video, sorry. Another problem I have with the LED kite theory is the green flash when they say 'its a UFO'. Apart from the timing, which could be coincidence, its very odd what the green flash does. It's very irregular and even flashes behind the main object for an instant. Also the 'sputtering out' effect where the object turns off a few times before finally turning off at the end. Again it does not appear to be a computerised sequence.

  • Therefore the hoax operation must have been performed by a wealthy tourist with nothing else to do. They would have probably had to import the kite in their baggage to Baracay Island and then hired the boat.

Doesn't make sense to me. I suggest that if you want to investigate further, perhaps try to make an estimate of the height from the position and distance of the building in the photo, then enquire to LED kite enthusiasts for their opinion on the feasibility etc.

  • If the object was not being towed then the winds up at 500 feet or whatever height it was must have been enough to keep it up there without the boat moving. So this means that the kite was towed along in the darkness without going into the water until it got to the operating height then the boat stopped the winds kept it up and the kite was switched on.

All this was probably not done by the Phillipino locals as they would not have the time or money to perpetrate this sort of nonsense.

  • If the kite went into the water while being launched it would be cactus, unless the perpetrator spent a lot of time and money waterproofing it.

The object is at about 2000 meters distance, and from the reference photo showing a building it must be very high up, at least 500 feet but I'm guessing. You also state that the object was not moving and could not have been a parasail towed from behind a boat. Therefore the object was not being towed.

  • Well its me again. If the object is a LED kite then it must be a hoax because nobody is going to fly such a kite in that situation unless they want it to be mistaken for a UFO.

The object is over the water, so the kite must be being towed by a boat. The kite must be very large and extremely bright so the power supply for the LEDs must be on the boat.

To launch such an object in darkness on the water would be extremely difficult.
