i'd cut out large areas and use free transform and lots of layers sometimes it takes a lil while to get it looking right...hope that helps

why didnt you use a layer mask instead of erasing the unused parts of angelinas face ?

bc at that time i hated using masks bc i really didn't understand how to do it but now that's definitely the way i go :P
