@GameCreatorJJ No, I just mean, if you eat Mcdonalds every day and you have normal weight it doesn't mean you're healthy. It just means you have a fast metabolism.

@TWOMERCY oh my freind i am healthy, no high blood pressure, im not very physcally fit, i mean i put up a good fight, and i am quite fast, but i am no batman, but i do hear where you are coming from, i have a freind who was fine, and he passed out do to low blood pressure

Not really since 1) Not alot of people actually eat fast food every day and 2) Eventhe ones that do balance it out wiht other food and they weren't health nuts before hand.

I reckon a more accurate documentary would be one where you would eat there 3 days a week for several months.
