In All of San Diego County ,CA mostly Inland There's alot of Ufo activity & Chemtrail's on a normal basis! Im a skywatcher & I live around busy streets and constant air traffic for almost every type of aircraft the area uses planes,Helicopter's & military ones too & Fighter Jets ect. So my Ear's can tell the difference easily! Plus there usually not hard to miss! Atleast most of the time! HappyNewYear!

I dont know exactly about, "The Black Box" ...but ive seen a very large Black Boxed Shaped Ufo afew years ago!
