I would like to point out that maybe Toyota is not doing well just because of the ample supply of slave labor in china but the fact that they pay there regular workers 4 times less than Ford or GM. If Toyota paid that much they wouldn't be the most profitable car company in the world the would be the fastest going out of business car company in the world. Now i know people will say that GM needed a bailout not to long ago. Well GM had implemented lean just 2 years before that.

people have to start getting a brain herny ford must be spinning in his grave he showed everyone how to do this it's so simple it makes me sick. You can tell that all the people that own these busnesses inherited it from their dads. they maybe decent helpers but don't know squat about running a plant makes me sick going to work seeing this feasco unfold.

buying things 1 at a time is rediculas. you wast the companeis time sending it paper work is unbelievable wast you waist your shippers time many times it dosent make it their in time so more wast. Toyota didn't make money from this it just coincided with them out sourcing there jobs to china for slave labour.

lean manufacturing is a scam keeping your area clean is not new but getting rid of extra parts that you know you'll probably need later is stupid. The less parts you build at a time the slower you go. I'll build anything 2 at a time against anyone 1 at a time and if anyone still thinks he has a chance of catching up with me after 4 hours no matter how far he is already behined ill say lean isn"t rediculous. anyone who thinks he can do it has know clue.
