wicked curve ball in puerto rico

Lee Glasser, pitcher for a developmental teamUSA shown here throwing one of his wicked curve balls the batter is ducking as it is called for a strike....this video was shot in puerto rico in trhe winter of 2005...Lee was 16 at the time and this is an exanple of his nasty curvball that was virtually unhittable as it always looks like it was coming at the batters face and as they ducked out it almost always was called a strike as in this video..He sets it up with a two seem fastball that didnt have a ton of heat but had a lot of movement.

actually it was a two seem fastball.. and this is a video that was a 16 year old pitcher, that was put on here three years ago.

it is a funny pitch many time the upm was flinching like the batter.. it started at the head and curved ntio the zone,strike or not.,..8 out od 10 times it was calld sa strike.. this puerto rican kid was totally bailing .. and when that hapened umps called it a strike

damn thats a pretty nasty curve... i used to be able to throw once close to that but like 8 mph slower... and let me tell you theres nothin better than watchin the batter duck or dive on the ground and watchin the ump call strike 3.... lol
