  • Move to Canada or Scandinavia!

  • This guy is an Insurance Lobbyist dream. Hes received over 3 million dollars from them.

Your crappy bill you offered up today is PATHETIC Max! Your a sellout. Your bill has become a joke. How much are the lobbyist contributing to your campaign for you to screw the US citizens. Anti-American is what you are.

Your a tool Max, not a man.

  • Single Payer or die broke!

  • You corporate owned & paid citizens rest easy that your criminal CEO-CFO will win this tiff. The "patient choice" between eating or healthcare provides lucrative insurance & HMO criminals lavish bonuses until the uSA breaks apart, now far underway. Canadians & Europeans suffer longer healthier lives already, but we have house-servant corporate puppets of the Dem-GOP-PNAC Crime Family endowing CEO & CFO criminals who own the lucrative crimnal system of DOA-USA. Congrats.

  • ...I used to work @ the Hepatology Dept. @ University Hospital in Denver- pateints w/ Medicare or Medicaid who needed a transplant were placed on the waiting list almost immediately as they were automatically approved. Patients with "private" insurance were quite often denied, patients w/ hmo's or ppo's were almost always denied (even though they had paid their premiums & needed transplants to live)

  • Thank you Adam!! The opposition to this is stating that we will be treated the same way we are @ the Post Office (seriously cheap & affordable rates) or @ the IRS (whole system needs to be revamped & if they have a problem with the IRS they should start working for IRS reform). Expansion of Medicare (single payer) is different...

  • thats my cousin adam. :]

    im proud of him.

  • The laughter occurred when he quipped "Get more police" or something like that. For us who are serious about being represented in the discussion, such levity seemed inappropriate. I reached Baucus office late in the day because the line stayed busy earlier. (You can call Sen. Baucus' office in Washington and urge him to extend the invitations at 202-224-2651.)

  • I wasn't aware of Baucus behavior when I contacted his office to complain about the single payer exclusion from the hearing.

I also know we need to repeal the Hill Burton Act of 1947.

  • I watched the live hearing via C-Span. Thank you to these people who spoke for all of us. Senator Baucus was unforgivably rude when he LAUGHED and JOKED about needing more police! Infuriating. I will remember this at election time!
