  • Well at least there wasn't a fire.

Is your building set up where the SPFD comes every time a smoke alarm goes off too? My Dad knew someone back in NY who was in a building like that, I guess they came for everything from burnt toast to the real thing.

  • No, it is a local aralm. I had to tell someone to call 911. Funny thing is that hardly anyone came out of the building. Many people were on their balconies after the fire trucks came.

  • I used to live here!! Haha suckers!

  • Nice video camera. What kind?

  • Some of our buildings in St. Paul are set up that way as well. Not all of them, but some.

  • Engine 24, Ladder 24.

  • Well atleast your building wasn't on fire, in like Washington, DC any time an alarm in a building sounds they send an engine and a ladder, I mean at every single alarm, it's crazy.

  • Okay, just wondering :-) I know one thing, if I ever live in an apartment I want renter's insurance, too many accidental apartment fires out there to not have it.
