wy is so muh of alvarz restimony missing I read a report saying he saw a condom catheter on his penis and was told to bag up vials of drugs including a bottlee of propofol? Why is this missing??

@newworldodour I missed the first part of the testamony due to computer issues..there wasnt a whole lot before the video of him i posted, Im trying to see if my brother recorded it and have him post it on here. The testimony was put into more detail as the video continues.

This is 2nd DEGREE MURDER!!! People wake up! How would you feel if this happened to one of your family members! OMG, and what did he give Michael to murder him, because if it was just propofol MJ's eye's wouldn't have been OPEN!

@SergeantPepper99 so even with the new evidence that has surfaced you still say only NEGLIGENT HOMICIDE?... this was Voluntarily manslaughter at the very least. Conrad murray lied and michael died, which makes this murder my friend so he should getting a charge of 2nd degree murder!.

Clearly you don't understand that the crime presented against him is in fact NOT a count of first degree murder (premeditated), and nobody has suggested even once during the whole trial that the doctor committed premeditated murder on Jackson, which you accused him of, that's why nobody else sees it, because you are in fact wrong.

You also attack me despite the fact I support the incarceration of the doctor for NEGLIGENT HOMICIDE.

And yes I am sitting down, why would I be standing?

There were several bags of propofol found in the same room by police in seperate bags. Obviously propofol had been used on the night of his death, and for nights quite some time before that.

It's obvious that MJ was making the decision himself to use this drug, ignoring all Doctors advice against it as well as the pain killers he abused.

All the Doctor ever cared about was money, so he let MJ do what he wanted and supplied him with Propofol, period.

Not a murderer.

@newworldodour Maybe he has morals. If I had money troubles though, I'd take it as non of the Jackson family will see him good after and they aren't obliged to. But he might have high morals that he couldn't take the $500k, but again, even though I have morals, if I had money issue I'd be taking the offers.
