  • terrantankz go get a shoulder injury then try to mass build. A machine like that is meant to strengthen while preventing injury. I'm sure somebody sitting in an orthopedic rehabilitation center looks at a smith machine and thinks "that sure is for pussies"

  • @Leprechaun79 I like to do all 3 parts of the chest-top,middle,lower and triceps in my "chest" workout. They may just be worried about training for this competition. From seeing him, he doesnt seem to do the lower chest often. Just my opinion,have a great workout!

  • Look at RG's mellon size head destroyes his simerty. His shoulders look himpy. GH, not only muscle will grow but everything will grow. Everything. A little bit of testosteron, a okay. Just eat and train like an animal! Period.

  • Interesting to go with a Smith Machine? The straight up and down plane of motion isn't natural? The bar tends to move back and fourth in a natural press. Over use on the SM would probably lead to a future shoulder injury. The whole flicking the wrist to turn the bar ect..
