@1mhiv It's your life so I won't tell you what to do with it. However, I strongly recommend you to have many more tests in as many cities/states/countries you can. You will be surprised with the results. And also have tests for more diseases, like Tuberculosis for example. Sometimes they give the wrong diagnosis and start a life ending treatment when the disease is easy to cure. Just try, you won't loose that much. Have as many tests of all kinds as you can and see the results.
