Because you are attempting to use the bounced light coming from the over exposed background to then bounce off the front reflectors and onto the subject, you have created a classic flare situation that no amount of lens coating is going to solve. Meter the bounced background light that falls on the subject. If it is measuring more than 1/2 of a stop over your camera setting, you will get flare. Correct by using two additional lights (each to bounce off a front reflector), then cut back on bkgnd.
