Life insurance is not a choice, rather is a requirement if you want to protect your loved ones. When a person fails to take out life insurance, the loved ones often endure unwanted stress on top of the stress of burial.
Really? I would think you'd want life insurance for when you die, not for some period of time!!! What you are stating is that I should get a 30 year term and then when I'm getting ready to retire let it drop? How does that make any sense? With the insurance I can spend my wealth down without disinheriting the kids. And as I approach my mortality why whould I ever want to drop my coverage? You make no sense.
