Hi my name is Kevin Fernandes, this is an actual demo of some tech we developped for SerialPixel upcoming game "Blaster". We discuss techniques like vertex painting & blending, Vertex modification (offset) and also a special custom shader with a lot of custom components like rim lighting, detail map + normal, emission map and color settings etc... The textures are from a tutorial from 3DMotive, which was based on Vertex painting on UDK (which is included in udk package).
