  • Pointless. An OS that can run a browser can run everything you'd want to run in an OS in a browser.

  • @Antakku It's not about what each can and cannot run though. I see online OS's useful for transferring files, online back-up, testing applications, seeing a new GUI and removing the need to install certain programs on your hard-drive, as they could be used straight through an online OS.

    Thanks for watching.

  • I am totally amazed that you covered so many but now you need to do an indepth video of each one.

  • @amplegreenfoundation I like your style.

    Thanks for watching.

  • These aren't operating systems... by definition an OS can't be run through a web browser. Even if they were, why would you run them through a browser...? Twice the resources used, limited by your internet speed...

  • @thebailey12885 Well, they call them OS's, I'm not going to debate over that in one of my videos about the sites, and as for not needing them, well you would not run them 24/7 on a computer of-course, but they're very useful to transfer things if needed, as well as just to play with them.

    Thanks for watching.

  • @BulletOfBullets Dropbox can do most of those, but I hadn't thought of how it might be useful for a system with limited hard disk space to install programs on. Fair point.
