@04tm34l3 Lyrically it should indeed make more sence that there where slaves in the garden of Eden.

But phonetically all I can hear here is "slaves". Maybe Ventana intepret this as: "Adam and Eve were the only human beings in this garden from the start of mankind. So considering they were slaves, they could breed generations after generations of slaves which form mankind as we know it today."

I don't know. Fun thing about songs is you can view it from different perspectives. I like yours too! ;)

@XxanaveragegirlxX but why were there slaves in the garden of eden... im not saying that the situation even existed but only adam and eve were supposedly there, and neither were slaves, however there was a snake. saying that there is a snake to the apple in coloration to have the apple a day keeps the doctor away shows that there can be 2 sides to a symbolic object like the apple. slaves is just like... meaningless
