Thank you so much for making this video, I'm watching it from UK. you are absolutely correct about lack of social culture. We Iranians first need to build our social manners and then think for democracy.

Yes, this is not the only country that has terrible drivers. I think it speaks of the general 'me first' of the people on the roads. It's selfishness really. Egypt is bad, actually might be worse than this, also the deaths from road accidents in Egypt are huge. Driving is a skill that most people there don't seem to have aquired.
