A PAC is not a rhythm, it is an ectopic beat that originates from the Atria. The underlying rhythm is Sinus Rhythm at 69bpm with PAC. Correct the causes to avoid usurpation (taking over) of Atrial rhythms. It can occur every other normal beat (Bigeminal), every other third normal beat (Trigeminal), or every other fourth normal beat (Quadrigeminal). It can also occur in pairs (coupled) or three or more in a row (Run, Burst, PAT). Follow AHA ACLS 2005 Guidelines narrow complex tachycardia algorithm.

I have concluded the vagus nerve is all connected with most heart beat arrhythmia's . Gastric disturbances-reflux-esophageal etc.( Our food supply is trashed) PACs are very annoying at times. There are a whole bunch of nerves that go into the stomach (solar plexus or diaphragm area) so I am reducing my belly fat and working on core and posture issues to remedy. Doctors-Pharma Giants, and Insurance companies believe it or not make their money on you being sick. This is what needs to be changed

i have had probelms relating to the rythem of my heart. everyday i feel the rythems change. last week i was joking around with co-workers at lunch and all the sudden (adrenalin?) my heart raced so hard i could hear it in my ears. this stayed for 10 minutes. the problems started at 14. my ekg reading was 53bpm.
but this is a totally different issue now.
