Today, Chef Tony will be reviewing and testing the grilling accessory, GrillGrates. He will show you how they perform with ahi tuna and eggplant. Fish and vegetables both finish with a near perfect sear, without any unwanted sticking or falling apart.

The hard anodized version of this product, is harder than stainless steel and can be used in temperature ranges over one thousand degrees Fahrenheit. Chef also shows you the features of the Grate tool that comes with the set, as it is a spatula made to fit in between the grates and clean out any excess debris from long term cooking. He gives this interlocking grill topper with patented raised rails very high marks, and believes you will to. We hope you enjoy!

  • Brad here from GrillGrate: The porcelain enamel coated version was discontinued in favor of the hard anodized version. Hard anodized is durable and twice as hard as stainless steel. Thanks BBQ Guys for a grrrrrrate review!
