I bring you to a Land Auction in Mecklenburg County Southern Virginia today 12:30EDT.

For Auction: 2 tracts = 272 acres total

Watch the man in the orange shirt. Why does he seem to be anxious at times? Well, He invested in 272 acres of really beautiful land at a really good price across from my 44 acre farm. He spent alot of HIS OWN money to clean it up, manage the forest & improve the roads on the (2) tracts. Land here appraises for around $2500/acre & before Omama took office, real estate sale prices could easily meet the assessed value in a sale.

The auction lasted for an hour, with bids walked backward from $400,000 opening bid with the resulting bid topping out at a whopping $260,000? Almost a solid hour of the auctioneer & his people all but begging to give it away! That sale price is less than $1,000/acre & far lower than he paid for the land untouched. He put 4-8 people to work here, bought materials through the local businesses & he had good intentions. What was the result?

50 people, standing around, looking at each other. What do they all have in common except for the owner?

They are terrified to overextend themselves, even though they all know the land is worth much more in value. I respect the man in the orange shirt. He is much like me, a business man, a risk taker. Although we are a bit different economically, we both know what we saw today: FEAR & LACKING CONFIDENCE at a finished product we are proud to offer someone else. Free Trade, Investment, Real Estate, opportunity in the future. It was startling to me to watch...

If you listen closely, the auction rep said I was more right than I knew about the Omama Repression & then commented "Things have really changed in the last few months". All the auction people were amazed at no one even bothering to bid, just watching a would-be train wreck occur...

Omama & Biden can say "The Stimulus IS Working" all over the State-run media all they want but only true believers actually swallow that Kool-Aid Bullshit as truth. This administration has driven a stake in the heart of America so deep, it killed the Good Times that were prosperous opportunities. Where else can you get an acres of land for under $2500? The market won't come back in 5 years, let alone 10...
