@adamisking666 they either do pranayama to get nourished by air such as seetali , sitkari, analoma violma, etc, or they sungaze, or they get it from spiritual enlightenment powers from various practices , yoga or mantra or etc.

i want to know how do they eat food from where they get food i do not think they cultivate crops as they are not farmers moreover no1 gives them money so how do they survive what do they eat in these himalayan jungle moreover there must be wild animals how do they safe themselves from wild life ironic but was just wondering about their life in these isolation
