Vegan Corn Dogs

Seriously vegan corn dogs so easy they are potentially made by a cat. Shot and edited on iPhone 4 with iMovie in about 8 min time.

1 quart oil for deep frying
1 cup all-purpose flour
2/3 cup yellow cornmeal
1/4 cup white sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons oil
1 egg replacement (like Ener-g)
1 1/4 cups soy milk
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 pounds vegan hot dogs
wooden sticks

Directions:

mix dry,
mix in wet,
dip dried off dogs in batter and fry in oil at 350 degrees.

Veggie dogs are not that different from common hot dogs, which seem to be mostly filler. I wonder if regular dogs are mostly vegan, except for the small amount of actual animal products. Veggie dogs are from God, and are delicious with all the same spices, etc,. A cruelty-free hot dog is one of the greatest things on earth! Thanks so much for the video!!!
