I PREDICT FELIPEFLOWER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR 25% OF ALL COMMENTS NOT MADE BY MYSELF IN THIS SERIES!!!!! This is the beginning of Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty (Substance Version), the sequel to the immensely popular and overrated Playstation game, with new features, an even more confusing plot, and much more slow down and butt cheeks. (Not a good combination) Here, Snake who is implied to have now started working with Otacon, makes his way to his new objective/mission.
0:05 - Why is that 'J' Red?
0:22 - This song is probably the best version of the Metal Gear Solid Theme that has been made thus far, it doesn't drag on, it doesn't have filler, and it's just awesome. This Intro Movie also one of my favorite Intros in any game.
0:29 - Kojima always puts his name into every game he produces, this does let him gain recognition for his work, the only problem is that he's one of the few people who's name is shown continuously.
0:37 - Why are those letters Japanese?
0:43 - The Declaration of Independence? Do they really need to go back that far?
0:45 - AHHHH! I'm being rushed by Javascript!
1:00 - I love the editing in this video.
1:05 - They only talk about DNA a few times in this game, this would have fit better for the first game.
2:09 - This guy deserves a fucking award for his amazing scores.
2:16 - :o That doesn't look like Snake.
2:36 - OMG! METAL GEEEEAAAAR!!!!!
3:00 - Despite the fact that this character has a MASSIVE role in this game, this is the only shot of him you get in this intro.
3:06 - It's the version I got.
3:18 - This game is fucking hard as hell on the highest difficulty, and I don't have the patience to do a run like that.
3:22 - I'm not sure what difference this makes.
3:27 - They really do have to state this because many people in the game resemble real people.
3:32 - So this is set in New York? BTW The year in this game is 2007.
3:48 - The George Washington Bridge huh? I wish I could go to New York so I could spot some of the references in this video, but I'm in Hollywood town.
5:00 - LITTERING!
5:19 - Cool effect, but the stealth camo doesn't work too well in the rain. Speaking of the Rain, supposedly, this game took more than a Year to develop it's rain and Water effects, and they all look quite nice.
5:29 - That's an awfully thick bungee cord.
6:20 - Youch, that must have been at least a couple of stories, and he had no Bungie cord that time.
6:29 - Shouldn't he be dead from being soaking wet and being electrocuted?
6:48 - *GASP!* CAN IT BE!?! Wait a minute. HOW DID HE GAIN A NEW HAND!?!
6:58 - Was that chopper going backwards?
7:05 - One thing you'll notice about this suit is how unbelievably GAY it is, all of Snakes muscles stand out, especially his ass for whatever reason, and all his equipment looks like Dominatrix gear.
7:17 - Bad Ass
7:28 - David Hayter returns, and does another great job as Snake.
7:33 - OTACON! He returns as well, and his voice actor, again does a great job, especially during the more emotional scenes later in the game.
7:53 - Why not? It would make your job a hell of a lot easier.
8:02 - They don't really add onto this, it's just a passing mention.
8:06 - Yes she is, that accent got fucking annoying, thank god they changed her accent.
8:10 - I have no idea what that is.
8:27 - This is basically a way of telling us: SHIT WENT DOWN!
8:35 - Riiiiight, I can just See Youtube or Gametrailers owning a Metal Gear.
9:14 - Is anyone else besides me reminded of the Frigate Level in Goldeneye?
9:42 - Philanthropy? Fitting Name.
AND THAT'S ALL YOU GET UNTIL I FINISH POSTING UP THE MERCENARIES VIDEOS, SEPARATE WAYS, AND MEGAMAN 2!

Carliton, your vids are so awesome! Have you stopped making them? You're my favourite playthrough guy :D. Please don't quit :(

@4297676
There's a couple of reasons why I stopped:
I kind of got bored with the process, and I hated that my most watched material is not only done much better by other guys who do a much better job (AdamSpencer87) but also that my most popular work are my absolute worst. I wanted to get back into reviewing, and I like the overall challenge of it.
Not only that, but there's aren't too many other games I'm interested in LP'ing.
