@swaboda325 show me a 99 cobra in good condition for 4k... highly unlikely...and why would i start with a 3k civic i can get a civic that looks like a POS for a grand and under then i have 3500 to play with by your standards... in which i could build an ls vtec turbo or buy a blown up b series in general and rebuild it with a turbo... still faster, or i could build it all motor, or build a single cam turbo...all can run 12s and still get 32mpg's and up and last a lot longer than a cobra on spray

You will loose your honda. price for price you can get a 99 cobra now for around 4k then add 500 for a nitrous kit 12 sec car. 4500 would get you anything in a honda, you start off with a 3k civic, 1000 for bolt ons, 500 nitrous still a high 13 or low 14 car.
