Thank You Paaji I just set up my home in Mumbai. I am a vegeterian I dont know how to cook but when i made Dal Khichdi as per your recipe using just a patila. I still have to get rest of the utensils like cooker etc. it was quick and easy. A small mistake i made was i forgot to add tej patta during the heating of ghee and little bit of excess of water was there. But overall i enjoyed Dal Khichdi. Thank You Sanjeev Kapoor and Team. Will keep commenting as and when i make new dishes from ur Videos

hi there...if u use moong beans, your khichdi will be a little chunky...and the dish won't really be "khichdi" in the true sense of the word :) Personally, I think whole moong with rice tastes awesome
