Never Wanted to Dance...(Abandoned Project)(Read Description)

UGH. I'm so ashamed of this. xD The only reason I'm uploading it is to show you guys I'm still alive, since I haven't made an AMV in three months. I'm really sorry! D: Life happens, you know? But now I'm on fall break, so maybe I'll be able to get my thoughts together and come on a bit more often! :D

Anyway, I've had some time to think during my brief, school-induced hiatus, and I've realized that in order to get more joy out of my AMVs, I REALLY need to cut back on the effects. I mean just look at this ugly thing *points to video* Too many effects, especially on the chorus. All of the truly brilliant mashups I have had the pleasure of watching have been very simplistic and clear as far as effects go, and that kind of video is what I strive for in my work. So expect my next video to be an experimental, no effects project. xD That should be interesting!!!

Lastly, if I wasn't pony obsessed before, I sure as hell am now. I'm a full blown pegasister!! So expect PMVs once I get the clips. xDDDD

GAH! This video sucks so badly! xD I hope I don't loose any subbers as a result of this mess. xP

Sorry guys. D: I feel pretty lonely. I hope I'm not the only one experiencing this kind of thing......

Some really good thoughts in here; I could see this video becoming amazing. I don't like the red x's, though. The hard lines make them look contrived; if you could blur the edges they'd look better. And the solarization or gamma or whatever on the TLK clips is a bit too heavy, dropping the quality. But now I'm nitpicking. Even in failure, your videos are brilliant.

@Euridicus Hey, thanks for the feedback. Of all the videos of mine you could have seen, I'm a little ashamed that it had to be this one. ^^''' I've done much better. Yeah, the red X's didn't look nearly as awesome as I thought they would. :P The whole approach I took to this project was a poorly planned one, and it did not work. xDD
