Oh shoot. I forgot I'm speaking Chavacano here, not Spanish. *headdesk*
Anyway, I'm from the Philippines. Zamboanga to be exact. People here speak Chavacano, usually known as Broken Spanish, but really means "poor" or "common" or "vulgar" in Spanish.
So yeah. Some words are really different and similar. But that's how I understood it. Haha.
So that's it. Case closed. ;)
