Actually, Fedor signed a contract that offered less. I doubt Strikeforce would pay Fedor more than 10 million. The UFC supposely offered Fedor 30 million & an immediate title fight.

He was great in kickboxing but he never truly proved himself in MMA. I wouldn't care as much if he didn't say things like "I belong in discussions that involve Anderson Silva." I'm not taking credit away from his kickboxing career but MMA is a completely different sport.

Look, I personally don't have anything against Cung Le but the man should not be considered anything yet. He takes 18 months off (while being champion) to make movies and he talks like he wants to be an actor instead of being a fighter.

The man is clearly is overhyped and thank god 80% of the MMA world agrees. Le's last fight was against a washed up Frank Shamrock.

If he is truly a great striker then he should face off against Overeem at a catchweight.
