It is a bamboo saxophone made from the bamboo in Japan.
This is called Hichiriko, and is smaller than Xaphoon.
Hichiriko was developed by Kouhei who is the bamboo saxophonist in Japan.
Kouhei is playing Hichiriko (in G).

  • @borodungal yes. It's a Bamboo-Sax!

  • Mr. Hichiriko, my wife and I love to listen you play on your G-tube (bamboo sax). Your music is very pleasant.

  • @RRodriguez18 Than you.

  • Where can one get a Hichiriko? I just picked up the Xaphoon, I'm guessing it's in the lower octaves than what you are playing.

  • @DJsStratoArt Thank you for your comment.

Hichiriko C and Xaphoon are similar.

In a different part, Hichiriko is thinner and the finger hole is 8.

Hichiriko G is half octave high.

Sorry, Hichiriko is sold only in Japan.
