could you recommend any other way to do the cupcake icing, i have bought some dotting tools from somewhere but they won't arrive in time for my birthday! thankyou, it's a beautiful design :)

I was wondering are there nail dotting tools at sally's or at Target? Where did you buy the nail polishes? At Target, Sally's, Walmart? Please answer as soon as possible at least before May 19, please it's my birthday that day and I would LOVE to do this desinge. Also could you do a LegoLand tutorial I'm going to LegoLand May 20 and would like to draw something to represent LegoLand. Please? Thanks.(: YOU ROCK!(:
