Hi Dk; you can't compare two classics. actually for wild live r'n'r performances, the SG is better because simple and easier to handle with... by the way, for this check the Hagstrom F200P

Does the Duo Jet take dirty tones nicely and is it bright or glassy?

check my other ("More From:...") videos for crunch stuff.... if you think a Tele is glassy then: its more bright; quite bright if you want. if you use the toneswitch, it sounds like a humbuckie les paul (with distorted sounds)
