Once Upon a Plague: Devopment/recruitment review

Its about a 15 year old kid named Elias Frost and both of his parents are out in the war as soldiers fighting for their country, and he's being taken care of by his grandmother but she's now in a nursing home deathly sick and now Elias is living on his own trying to not get caught by the cops...and one day he was walking across the railroad tracks and a train rushed by him and crashed plus Blew up across the mountains leading into his town, he rushes to see whats going on and sees the military trying to seal up the town and chaos is happening everywhere, people dieing slowly and gruesomely, civilians running out trying to escape, and military officers shooting crazy people trying to kill them....Can Elias make out alive or will he perish along with the infected?

as u can tell this is about an infection outbreak, but this infection comes in 3 stages...

1st stage: the victims becomes slowly infected and bleedes from inside out and dies a slow, painful death through contact of the virus...

2nd stage: the victims become immune to the deadly effects of the virus but turn into Psychotic/Sadistic individuals, that kill anything other than each other, and can talk, but only through very slurred speach.

3rd stage: still thinking about it...

I need help on the Mod, and its gonna take 6 months to 3 yrs. in the making and need all the help I can get...

P.S. this isnt the end of the story and features neither, this is just my intro for u guys!
