http://www.TheStillnessGym.com The Second installment in a series of video introductions to the 3 Rings of CST: Intu-Flow, Clubbell Athletics, and Prasara Yoga

Clubbell training focuses on stressing the body appropriately, functionally, three-dimensionally, through six degrees of freedom. Some of the concepts in this video (Intu-Flow, Six Degrees, Functional Movement) have been covered in previous Stillness episodes. If anything is unclear, check those videos, or leave a question in the comments!

  • Good video with a lot of different ways to do them. I got myself some metal indian clubbell but am still a beginner....

  • @doughboy9520 Thanks for the feedback! I don't normally use Bruisers in my training (except for squats). I was just showcasing the different sizes of clubs for those who may not be familiar with them. :)

  • You're doing a great job of being an ambassador of CST and Tacfit. Your explanations are spot on, articulate and intelligently rendered and understandable to those not versed in CST. One recommendation, if I can, I notice you are using the Bruiser 45# and they are are brutal. You should use the Jr. Bruiser (35#) to more refine the movements safely. Otherwise, good form and observation of the 7 Key Components of clubbell swinging.

  • @woglaka Sorry brother, I don't know.
