I think this version of YDLM issecond only to the version they did at WPLJ 8 26 71 where Duane inserted Soul Serenade in the middle, just my opinion

noone plays with as much soul as duane ...hands down

@bthoma1 Dickey's better than Clapton in my opinion and always has been.

This is my favorite ABB jam, and am always memorized by their playing on it. Thanks for a fresh listen to their great improvisations.

@jackgingeranderic WHAT DO YOU MEAN BIG DEAL...
Yes they do sound very similiar. I know EC has influenced Dickey Betts as heard in Betts/oakley band Second Comin when they was doing Clapton/cream covers.

@bthoma1 As requested I uploaded both the entire song and the comparison part.
The entire song is "Cream Steppin Out Boot" and the comparison is "Steppin and YDLW". Please, I don't want to make a big deal out of this. This is strictly for fun.

agree with ya all bout Duane...w respects to Dickey and EC and Jimmy H. and SRV if you have really listened to Duane you know he was the best...and still on a rising star at time of motorcycle accident.
Only created about 3 or 4 dif genres of music and was headed toward jazz
