@rezamesmarian No problem. Thanks for the nice reply. When I found out that I had Periodontal Disease, I asked "What did I do wrong???" He told me that I didn't do anything wrong, It just happens... Glad I have them all fixed up & looking great.

@WENCHY101 Sorry for my naive comment... From what I knew at the time, periodontal disease was caused just by bacterial overgrowth. However now I know that bacterial overgrowth can be the result of several factors from xerostomia to chronic immune response and may not be due to brushing irregularities.

what is the age for get a mini implant im 14 years old and im missing a tooth in the very front im starting hight school really soon so i wanna do anything i can to fill this space

I don't know how they can justify the cost. The crown cost the dentist almost nothing to have made.They make it sound like it's a lot of work. Try removing an engine from your car,rebuilding it properly and then putting it back in and fine tuning it,now that's work.All fo 2500 dollars. I would like to use their tactics on them and tell them it's going to be Only 25,000 to rebuild it,we have financing.

this is the EXACT procedure in getting done.
its costing me 2,000 euros ! INCLUDING CROWN, it is the cheapest price that o found.
i pay half in two days when the implant goes in and the rest in a few month when my crown is put in.

@2710Pocahontas They placed 5 implants and 4 abutments with me in 2,5 hrs. All went fine.

I'm 28 and about a year and a half ago I had 5 implants placed. And yes they cost me about 2500 a piece. I have excellent teeth but I was born with a condition called hypodontia. Is basically means that I'm born with an incomplete set of teeth. I miss a total of 9 of my adult teeth and they gave me 5 implants to fill gaps. They actually had to pul three milk molars which had remained since there were no adult teeth underneath. Just wanted to say that is isn't always due to bad teeth.

No one can afford to replace their teeth! Why do you think they don't replace it? Some people can't even afford a basic partial denture, which costs from $700 to $1500. Duh!
