I am Chinese, can speaking both Mandarin and Cantonese. But I gotta say Chinese is one hell of a difficult language to learn.

It's impressive WGs can speak so well. Consider this interview took place back in 2007 when Sohee and Sunmi were only 15.

I don't think Korean and Chinese language are similiar though. As if you ask me to speak Korean as fluent as the WGs speak Chinese, I don't know how long it would take me to achieve that!

I love how WG are so hardworking! They aren't the kind of idols who will promote in another country without learning the language first. This video is from 2008, only 1 year after their debut, the oldest member (Yubin) is 20 and the youngest (Sohee,Sunmi) are 16 only! I don't speak chinese, but I can tell that they worked hard because they speak so much and they sound good~~

I love Korean culture /tradition!

We Chinese were friends to Koreans for 500 years during the Ming dynasty!

I watched this three years ago, and even after three years, sunye's pronunciation never fails to amaze me. She sounds so fluent, and you can see that they memorized it instead of just reading off a piece of paper. They are amazing.

@Bianca16797 - You should realize that these girls worked very hard to communicate in your language and if this is the best they can do....then too bad. Along with teaching you Chinese at 2yrs old...your parents should've taught you very basic manners. I'm more impressed with their fucked up Chinese than your fucked up Chinese manners.

At such young age they are able to sing, dance and learn different languages to be marketable in various part of the world. You can say their music is manufactured but these girls are intelligent and have the ambition & drive that I can say nothing but RESPECT. Love it when they said "I want to be world's no1". Go Wonder Girls!!!! That's the way.
