  • I do muay thai and the bigger you are the slower you are... the best thing is to have the most possible amount of strenght by keeping the muscle as small as possible...

  • Guys this is very possible in a short period such as 6 months to 1 year. I used to weigh 330 pound (150kg) with 42% body-fat 191 pounds (87kg) LBM, 1 year ago, In a span of 12 months I currently weigh 324 pounds (147kg) with 23% body-fat. that's 249 pound (113kg) LBM. THATS 57pounds (26kg) muscle gain (was told this much muscle gain wasn't possible in 1 year) currently I'm in my stripping phase. Good Training, Good Muscle Diet, Rest & the right exercise. U will be shredded & bulked in no time.
