How to Get Paid Tweaks, Themes & More for Free for iPod Touch, iPhone & iPad

I found this cool little source where it allows you to get all most anything for free. So say if you want to download or install a tweaks and it's a paid tweak, well all you have to do is add this to your sources and you will find a bunch of different option for free which are supposed to be paid.
