Action against AIDS Germany organized the international Doha+10 Conference at the Landesvertretung Baden-Württemberg in Berlin on November 24, 2011: 10 years after the 2001 "Doha Declaration on the TRIPS Agreement and Public Health" -- Has the access to medicine been improved through or in spite of the new World Trade Organization frame conditions?

Oliver Moldenhauer has been Coordinator of the German Campaign for Access to Essential Medicines, at MSF, for the past four years. The Access Campaign advocates the availability of essential medicines to all people irrespective of gender, religion or origin. A physicist by training, Mr Moldenhauer is also a longstanding political activist who formerly worked for the Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Analysis, and worked for many years on global justice for different organisations. Over the past decade he has increasingly focused on the problems of overprotective intellectual property regimes
