Well in the song Dag Nasty you can hear a second vocalist in some parts so I wouldn't say it's wholly unnecessary.

the decendents again led me to dag nasty, 20+ YEARS ON

At least he's not a midget. Then you'd probably have held a protest outside.

thanks for upping this. had no idea Peter did dag nasty songs with his new band The Gerunds. AWESOME

PS: you're correct, it was the first album with Peter Cortner on vocals.

Ah right, I had no idea what the members looked like apart from Brian Baker; because if im not mistaken they went through many line-up changes espeically vocals. I only discovered Day Nasty a few weeks ago but already 'wig out at denkos' is a favourite. I LOVE the riff on 'the godfather' some say then laid the groundwork for early emo.

Nice. Such a tight performance, did the guy singing do the vocals on 'wig out at denkos?'
Yes and, if I'm not mistaken, that was Dag Nasty's first album with him (Peter Cortner) after they reformed in '86/'87

Awesome, but what's with the other cat doing back-up vocals? Unnecessary to say the least.

@jimmyblackmore
That's their keyboardist. No keyboards for these two songs, so he's pretty much just having some fun.
